Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident trying premium features in Narasi AI. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy based on unused credits for subscription plans only. Please note that one-time credit packs are non-refundable.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- You have used less than 20% of your allocated credits.
- Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The credits were not granted as part of a free trial or bonus offer.
- There were no violations of our Terms of Service or abuse of the system.
Non-Refundable Cases
- One-Time Credit Packs: Credit packages purchased as a one-time transaction (non-subscription) are strictly non-refundable.
- Consumed credits are strictly non-refundable. Generating content incurs API costs on our end, so we cannot refund credits that have already been used.
- Subjective Quality: Because AI generation is non-deterministic, dissatisfaction with the quality or stylistic output of the generated content does not qualify for a refund of consumed credits.
How it works
- If eligible, we’ll issue a partial refund based on unused credits.
- Prorated refunds are rounded down to the nearest cent.
- Once a refund is processed, the corresponding unused credits will be revoked from your account.
