Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying premium features in Narasi AI. That’s why we offer a 7-day refund policy based on unused credits - whether you purchased a credit pack or a subscription.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have used less than 20% of your allocated credits.
  • Your request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The credits were not granted as part of a free trial or bonus offer.
  • There were no violations of our Terms of Service or abuse of the system.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Consumed credits are strictly non-refundable. Generating content incurs API costs on our end, so we cannot refund credits that have already been used.
  • Subjective Quality: Because AI generation is non-deterministic, dissatisfaction with the quality or stylistic output of the generated content does not qualify for a refund of consumed credits.

How it works

  • If eligible, we’ll issue a partial refund based on unused credits.
  • Prorated refunds are rounded down to the nearest cent.
  • Once a refund is processed, the corresponding unused credits will be revoked from your account.
